ISE Corporation Appoints Two Key Positions: Vice President Business Development and Western Regional Sales Manager

SAN DIEGO, CA, December 15, 2005 — Gary Willms and John Booth recently joined ISE Corporation as Vice President Business Development and Western Regional Sales Manager, respectively. Mr. Willms will be responsible for business development, sales, marketing, publications and communications, and Mr. Booth will be responsible for managing all Western U.S. sales.

Gary Willms has over twenty-five years experience in bus manufacturing. He previously was Neoplan USA's Vice President of Sales and Marketing and in January 2005 took over the responsibilities as Vice President of Program Management. Before that, he was Manager of Transportation Marketing with the Gillig Corporation until joining Neoplan in September 2004.

Mr. Willms was a member of APTA's Business Members Board of Governors and is an active member of the Business Development, Technical, Procurement and Government Relations Committees. He was previously on the Standard Bus Guideline Committee during its development. Prior to entering the transportation industry Mr. Willms served 12 years as a Navy pilot with two tours in Vietnam. He also had 14 years in the Navy Reserve serving as Commander on a Carrier Group Staff based out of Alameda, California.

John Booth joined ISE in November 2005 as Western Regional Sales Manager with responsibilities for all states West of the Mississippi River.

Mr. Booth has 28 years of experience in the transportation industry in both public and private sector markets. He has extensive experience in Sales and Service in Europe, Middle East and Africa before coming to the United States in 1992. He was Director of Sales for USSC Group until 2002, and has been Vice President of BusTex Corp.

Mr. Booth graduated from the North Lindsey Technical College in England, and is an Associate member of both the Society of Operations Engineers and Institute of Road Transport Engineers in London.
