As industries increase their focus on battery technologies, we see the commercial viability of battery-dominant, plug-in compatible, and all-electric heavy-duty commercial vehicles growing each day. Adding momentum to this demand, new regulations have been put forth by many countries and cities. In the USA, beginning in 2012, any municipal fleet operating more than 200 buses must allocate at least 15% of new vehicle purchases for zero emission vehicles. Bluways' series architecture and energy storage expertise mesh seamlessly with these regulatory trends to pave a clear path for leadership in this rapidly emerging market.
