ISE Corporation Appoints Three New Executives: Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Manufacturing
SAN DIEGO, CA, June 4, 2007 — Due to the high growth experienced by ISE's hybrid drive system operations in North America and Europe, the company is taking action to broaden its leadership team. ISE Corporation recently appointed David Morash as Chief Financial Officer, Rick Sander as Chief Operating Officer, and Terry Sana as Vice President of Manufacturing. "We have carefully selected highly experienced, proven performers to take us to the next level," said David Mazaika, ISE President and CEO. "The market is progressing very rapidly and we must be prepared to serve it without missing a beat."Mr. Morash, as Chief Financial Officer, will be responsible for all ISE's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. He will report directly to David Mazaika, President and Chief Executive Officer of ISE Corporation.
Mr. Sander, as Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible for leading all engineering and product development, manufacturing, customer service, materials, quality, supply chain management, and order fulfillment for ISE. He will also report directly to David Mazaika, President and CEO.
Mr. Sana, as Vice President of Manufacturing, will be responsible for the all direction, strategy, and planning and execution of ISE's manufacturing operations. He will be reporting directly to Rick Sander, COO.
