ISE Corporation Appoints Three New Executives: Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Manufacturing

SAN DIEGO, CA, June 4, 2007 — Due to the high growth experienced by ISE's hybrid drive system operations in North America and Europe, the company is taking action to broaden its leadership team. ISE Corporation recently appointed David Morash as Chief Financial Officer, Rick Sander as Chief Operating Officer, and Terry Sana as Vice President of Manufacturing. "We have carefully selected highly experienced, proven performers to take us to the next level," said David Mazaika, ISE President and CEO. "The market is progressing very rapidly and we must be prepared to serve it without missing a beat."

Mr. Morash, as Chief Financial Officer, will be responsible for all ISE's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. He will report directly to David Mazaika, President and Chief Executive Officer of ISE Corporation.

Prior to joining ISE, Mr. Morash was San Diego practice director for Cerius Consulting, which provides executive-level consulting service to small and mid-sized companies throughout Southern California. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Axesstel, Inc. and its COO and CFO during 2004 and 2005. From 2001 to 2003 Mr. Morash served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of REMEC, Inc., a major manufacturer of wireless infrastructure for defense and commercial use. In 1994 Mr. Morash moved to San Diego as EVP and CFO of Safeskin, Corporation, the leading supplier of latex exam gloves. Prior to its sale to Kimberly Clark, Safeskin was named by Forbes as the "Best Small Company" in the US and was on Business Week, Fortune and Inc.'s lists of hot growth companies. Mr. Morash has successfully completed numerous debt and equity financings for a range of companies, headed their Mergers and Acquisitions activities, and been responsible for the finance, accounting, human resource, legal, insurance, and IT departments. Mr. Morash holds an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business and a BA from Columbia College.

Mr. Sander, as Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible for leading all engineering and product development, manufacturing, customer service, materials, quality, supply chain management, and order fulfillment for ISE. He will also report directly to David Mazaika, President and CEO.

Mr. Sander brings over 24 years of extensive manufacturing, supply chain management, quality, engineering and general management. Previously, he was VP of World Wide Operations for SMT Corporation, which included eight manufacturing sites around the world. Prior he was General Manager, VP of Operations and Engineering of JNI Corporation. Prior to JNI, Mr. Sander held a number of key positions at a diverse set of companies, including Maxwell Technologies, Cymer, Bombardier, PACCAR - Kenworth, and Hewlett Packard. Mr. Sander holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in Engineering from Oregon State University.

Mr. Sana, as Vice President of Manufacturing, will be responsible for the all direction, strategy, and planning and execution of ISE's manufacturing operations. He will be reporting directly to Rick Sander, COO.

In his 23-plus years in manufacturing, Mr. Sana held key executive positions in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, R&D, production control, electromechanical assembly, test, procurement and quality. He served as VP of Operations for Demo Systems LLC from 2001 onward, and was Director of Operations at Lockheed Martin in Glendale CA before that. Mr. Sana's prior positions also include OEM Operations Manager at Impco Technology & Automotive OEM Division, General Manager at Thiem Industries, Inc., and Plant/General Manager at Danly Machine Corporation. Mr. Sana holds a B.B.A. from Cleveland State University, an A.B.A. from Lorain County Community College, a BSME from Punjab University, and an ME from Walton Engineering College.
